LifeCast User Guide

Customers were having issues approaching and understanding the care, features, and capabilities of LifeCast’s Manikins. The Head of Marketing requested a User Guide to be created with a new layout that follows the integration of the Echo Healthcare brand into the umbrella of 3B Scientific. Highlighting the products with high-quality imagery, clear type, and identifiable headlines. Communicating complex topics and how-to’s with the icon library introduced by the Graphic Design department. The writing style is styled in clear and understandable language while staying faithful to the lexicon used by Echo Healthcare.

The User Guide was distributed through print and digital channels. Packaged with orders of the LifeCast Manikin product line and hosted on Echo Healthcare’s website for easier accessibility. Customers reported easier understanding of the LifeCast capabilities and SOP’s regarding care. Resulting in fewer calls and requests sent to the repair department at HQ. Inserts explaining the capabilities and care required for the Water Rescue Manikins, Oncology Manikins, Down Syndrome, etc. where to be included in future expansions of the User Guide.
